He spoke very well and described in details about the roles and responsibilities also he shared a document which releted to company's guideline and information which helped me a lot to know about company's ethos and what they are looking for and what they're planning big in future. Highly recommend. Reanna is fantastic. Such a helping hand. Recently been going though a lot and she’s been so understanding and really helped me. Vanta is a good agency full of pros. Dave and Luke are 2 great professionals but more importantly- understanding and friendly. They keep me busy despite my demans and preferences towards the work I prefer to do (in the transport industry).I can't complain or say anything negative because they haven't given me a reason to do so.

Dave and the team at Vanta sister company to jarg are a very good agency for hgv drivers there freindly and good rates of pay they take on new passes aswell as old lags at the game . So give them a call . And speake to Dave and his team .

Vanta staffing is a very professional agency. This agency found me work very quickly. I was impressed with the level of service, which was both friendly and professional. Great agency to work with,Luke and Dave 2 of the staff that I personally have been working with.Dave was still working hard with us even whilst he was Ill with covid so this shows his determination to help others and keep things running smoothly.Luke another member of staff is always sending reminder texts to ensure everyone stays on top of things and was very understanding when I had my new born baby and was in and out of hospital and had to take time of work for a few days.Hats off to all the team at Vanta they really do put the work in.

Tried to sign up on Friday, told that unfortunately they were not able to recruit me and I didn’t meet their requirements, even though I have 24 years, points free, accident free HGV driving experience, including ADR, HIAB and an NVQ ! ( 14 of those years were spent with the same company) ! The reason ? I took redundancy last August, i needed some time out after 40 years continuous employment and haven’t driven professionally for 7 Months ! Apparently their conditions of insurance only cover drivers that are currently working, so to the thousands of good HGV drivers that might want to get back behind the wheel, if you’ve been away 6 months or more, I wouldn’t waste your breath with this outfit, I’ve never heard anything so utterly ridiculous in all my life ! Stick to other Agencies, they took me on in an instant and have hundreds more opportunities !

I don’t give 5-star ratings to anyone, because there’s always room for improvement in all of us, but I happily give Vanta Staffing 4 stars, the top rating I would give to any. I found them a good team to work with, they worked hard on my behalf. They opened doors for me that I could not have opened; they were patient and understanding if problems arose in a job, and they got me plenty of work. I would be pleased to work with them again if the need arose and I’m thankful I signed up with them. They are well set up for what they do and efficient.

One of the best agencies I have worked for. They seem to have alot of work available and got me a temp to perm driving job within a week of me registering. My pay is always there every Friday and there early morning. Luke is great at letting me know anything i need via text or calls and will always send reminders about my timesheets. So I'm quite happy with them.

Avoid this agency!They may say you many and many good reason why you should work here, but in the end (when smth is not as you expect) they say “I apologise, I didn’t say you, ….”. for example, if you cancel job for next week on Friday and they don’t like it, they just change your payment from PAYE to Umbrella and then “I apologise, I didn’t say you that this pay rates is for Umbrella (although you asked for only PAYE job and pay rates few times).Not good place to work!
