Warehouse Operative – Bracknell (Heavy Lifting Role)

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our well-established client based in Bracknell. This is a physically demanding role within a busy, friendly, and well-organised warehouse environment. This position is not for the faint-hearted and requires a strong work ethic and good physical fitness.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles (heavy lifting involved)

  • General warehouse duties and stock control

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Must be available for full-time work and have the Right to Work (RTW)

  • Physically fit and able to carry out heavy manual work

  • Must live locally or be able to drive to Bracknell

  • Public transport is not suitable for this role

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred (full training provided)

  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

  • Able to work well as part of a team

  • Flexible with shift patterns

  • Available for immediate start

Shift Patterns:

  • 13:00 – 22:00

  • 16:30 – 02:00

  • 22:00 – 06:00

Job Details:

  • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Days / Afternoons / Nights)

  • Location: Bracknell

  • Duration: Ongoing, with potential for permanent opportunities
