Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work with one of our established clients based in the High Wycombe area.

This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, primarily focused on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will live locally to High Wycombe or have their own transport to ensure reliable travel to and from the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders accurately to customer requirements

  • Ensuring goods are packaged safely and correctly to prevent damage

  • Loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers

  • Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment

  • Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential

  • Good attention to detail when picking and packing orders

  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties

  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with duties

  • Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
