Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for an experienced Quality Administrator for a small but busy company located on the outskirts of High Wycombe.

9:00am – 5.30pm
GBP24,000 – GBP34,000 DOE

The main responsibilities of the Quality Administrator are:
· Manage the company Quality Management System database and logs.
· Maintain comprehensive product quality records and ensure they are accurate.
· Collaborate with suppliers to address and maintain quality and standard of products supplied.
· Maintain and review accuracy of existing and generate new standard operating procedures.
· Handle Supplier and customer complaints in a timely manner by following correct procedures.
· Coordinate and schedule all document control reviews by monitoring logs.
· Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities.
· Liaise and conduct annual internal audits and documentation.
· Prepare and manage for external audits.
· Host audits for key suppliers.
· Manage supplier and customer questionnaires.
· Management of ongoing compliances and industry regulatory requirements.

The key requirements of the Quality Administrator are:
· Minimum of 2 years working as a Quality Administrator or in a similar role.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Good administration and report writing skills.

£24,000.00 – £34,000.00 per Annum
