Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a bubbly, switched on Office Administrator to work part -time on a temporary basis for a around 6 months that could potentially go permanent!
Monday to Friday
9am-2pm (25hrs per week)
GBP12 per hour
Duties of the Part-Time Office Administrator:
– Answering phone calls
– Dealing and responding to emails
– Dealing with post
– updating the HR system and database
– Using excel to record date etc
– Filing
– General admin and adhoc duties required in an office
Requirements for the Part-Time Office Administrator:
– Excellent communicator
– Excellent attention to detail
– Proactive and reactive
– Willing to get stuck in!
– Have a fun personality!
