Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Office Administrator to work in a busy office based in Amersham with an immediate start. The successful person will have excellent customer service skills along with experience of using word, excel, power point and emails whilst having attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm
GBP24,000 – GBP25,500 + possible GBP500 bonus on completion of 6 months’ probation
25 days holiday

The key duties of the Office Administrator are:

· Assist with processing all orders and provide full support to the Head Office & Business Support Manager and sales team.
· Assist with purchase order processing and invoicing.
· Data entry on company CRM and asset management system as required whilst handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
· Action: email enquiries, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
· Copy, bind and scan documents as needed.
· Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
· Post on social media platforms as required.
· Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information when required.
· Manage the reception area and sales office work area ensuring it is clean, tidy and in a suitable condition for receiving visitors.
· Ensure all visitors attending the Company for business purposes are welcomed and directed to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
· To provide refreshments for visitors as and when required.
· Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and re-direct calls as required.
· Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
· Monitor stationary levels and order office supplies, researching new deals and suppliers when appropriate.
· Manage incoming and outgoing post and record data on special deliveries.
· Provide administration support to Head Office, Sales & Accounts staff as required.
· Assume responsibility in the absence of the Head Office & Business Support Manager and Business Support Administrator to ensure all relevant actions are taken as required.
· Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible over working hours to suit the demands of the
Business including attending workshops and conferences when requested.

Requirements of the Office administrator include:

· Teamwork skills
· A knowledge of Purchase or Sales Ledger accounting is preferred but not essential

Rate of Pay

£24,000.00 – £25,500.00 per Annum
