Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to be based in a busy sales office in High Wycombe.

You will be working within a small team speaking with clients, quoting, negotiating and updating the database.

Main duties of the Internal Sales Account Manager:

Updating prospect lists.
Scheduling appointments to qualify leads.
Inform customers of new or upgraded products.
Quote prices, negotiation, and close sales.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, increase sales, and solve or refer problems.
Track monthly personal sales.
Day to day contact with technical consultants and supporting them where possible.
Ensuring all follow ups on Salesforce is up to date.
Credit accounts and assisting the customer to find a solution.

Two years prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
SALES FORCE a bonus.
Experience in administrative and customer services.
Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers
Experience in administrative and customer services.
Educated to at least GCSE standard.
Able to work effectively as part of team.
