Job Title: Frozen Operator – Night Shift
Location: Park Royal 
Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Position Summary:

Vanta Staffing is seeking a Frozen Operator/ Food Packer (NIGHTS) to join a fast-paced food production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging frozen and chilled products, ensuring the quality of the finished products, and maintaining a clean production environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Weighing & Packaging: Accurately weigh and package frozen and chilled products according to specifications.

• Work Environment: Spend 50% of your time in a frozen environment and 50% in a chiller area.

• Quality Checks: Perform regular quality checks to ensure product size, weight, and overall standards are met.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized production area, following hygiene and safety standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong computer skills (good/advanced).

• Ability to promote positive behavior and contribute to a supportive team culture.

• Good spoken English communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Friday

• 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM (5 days/week)
