Driver’s Mate / Delivery Assistant – High Wycombe

Vanta Staffing Slough is looking for enthusiastic Driver’s Mates to join our client’s team in the High Wycombe area.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for consistent work and enjoy being active on the job. No driver’s license is needed — just a willingness to work hard and help with manual handling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting the van driver with multi-drop deliveries of large home furnishing items

  • Heavy lifting and manual handling to load and unload products safely

  • Supporting the team to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time

  • Helping with basic vehicle checks and paperwork when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Drivers Marte experience preferred 

  • Physically fit and happy to do heavy lifting

  • Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player

  • Able to work flexible hours and follow safety guidelines

Details:

  • Pay: £12.45 per hour

  • Hours: 5 out of 6 days, Monday to Saturday, starting at 7:30 AM

  • Location: High Wycombe

  • Contract: Temporary to Permanent
