Digital Marketing Manager – Windlesham
GBP45k per annum
Monday – Friday
8.30am – 5.30pm (with a 30-minute lunch)
Hybrid role – 3 days onsite/ 2 days WFH
Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for highly experienced, energetic and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead our clients paid channel activity. The client is based in Windlesham but this is a hybrid role. You will have a passion for crafting creative campaigns and diving into data to drive results. Your ideal background will be in Paid Social marketing.
The main duties of the Digital Marketing Manager include:
· Drive effective paid media planning and optimisation that delivers growth on existing channels.
· Identify and implement growth opportunities on new paid channels.
· Manage agency partners and oversee weekly/monthly reporting requirements, presenting periodically to internal stakeholders.
· Develop and test creative ideas to ensure they resonate with the audience and drive results.
· Manage the production of all creative assets to support campaign and acquisition activity.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and optimising performance.
· Support the team where required on developing activations and general digital marketing efforts.
· Reporting to Head of Marketing.
The requirements of the Digital Marketing Manager are:
· Experience in leading media strategy, planning and implementation within a direct-to-consumer environment.
· Digital marketing expertise, including UX, multi-channel campaigns and working to a commercial plan.
· Commercially astute with experience creating plans that deliver business growth.
· Awareness of creative best practice across digital marketing channels.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management.
· Exceptional prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
· Proven project management experience.
· An analytical mind set with high resilience and a positive attitude.
· Confident with experience presenting to Board level.
