Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a well-established company in Amersham. The role will be part of a small team.

 

Monday – Friday

8.30am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch)

£27,000 per annum

 

The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator are:

  • Liaising with customers giving excellent customer service over the phone and by email, whilst remaining professional at all times.
  • Addressing any queries or complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
  • Generate and provide customer quotes.
  • Processing engineer’s worksheets in a timely manner.
  • Placing orders as and when needed.
  • Updating weekly/monthly reports for the Customer Service Manager.
  • Adding invoices to the CRM.
  • Supporting various administrative tasks that facilitate smooth delivery service.

 

The key requirements of the Customer Service Administrator are:

  • Experience of a customer service role where you had to give outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Having a friendly, bubbly personality.
  • Be a team player.
  • Willing to go ‘above and beyond’.

£26,000.00 – £27,000.00 per Annum
