Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a well-established company in Amersham. The role will be part of a small team.
Monday – Friday
8.30am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch)
£27,000 per annum
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator are:
- Liaising with customers giving excellent customer service over the phone and by email, whilst remaining professional at all times.
- Addressing any queries or complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
- Keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
- Generate and provide customer quotes.
- Processing engineer’s worksheets in a timely manner.
- Placing orders as and when needed.
- Updating weekly/monthly reports for the Customer Service Manager.
- Adding invoices to the CRM.
- Supporting various administrative tasks that facilitate smooth delivery service.
The key requirements of the Customer Service Administrator are:
- Experience of a customer service role where you had to give outstanding customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Having a friendly, bubbly personality.
- Be a team player.
- Willing to go ‘above and beyond’.
Rate of Pay
£26,000.00 – £27,000.00 per Annum
