Class 2 Driver
Job Summary: Vanta Staffing Slough is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Class 2 Driver for our client based in Oxford (OX9). This role involves multi-drop pallet work in and around the South East region, making it an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent work with a reputable company. please note some handballing is involved however you are working with a Drivers mate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cat C driver due to insurance regulations
- Valid CPC and Tacho cards
- Ability to complete multi-drop work in the local area and London
- No more than 6 penalty points on driving record (no DR or IN)
Details:
- Salary: £17 per hour
- Working hours: Early AM start time
- Location: OX9 Thame
- Duration: Ad hoc booking with potential for ongoing work
Responsibilities:
- Complete multi-drop deliveries
- Conduct vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork
- Demonstrate flexibility and prioritise safety while completing runs
