The successful Automotive Paint Technician will be responsible for;
- Skilfully undertake all preparation & repainting of cars & other vehicles
- Complete all jobs within the allotted times
- Skilfully work to the high standards expected by their customers, manufacturers & industry
- Supervise all non-qualified members & providing support and training where needed
- Communicate with internal departments, suppliers & customers
- Working hours; Due to excellent individual bonus schemes, you can work as much as you want to earn. The workshop is open from 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, some flexibility on start and finish times (Saturday if required)

Required experience & characteristics of the Automotive Paint Technician
- Proven background working to high standards for a body repair shop
- ATA accredited OR working towards accreditation
- Good verbal communication and able to lead, motivate and train non-qualified technicians
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
