Vanta Staffing are looking for a Yard Operative to start in busy factory. Ideal candidate must be able to start immediately, have a driving license and be responsible and reliable. You must be able to speak and understand the English language.
Duties of the Yard Operative
- Breaking materials down and sorting in correct bins.
- Building rapport with the other workforce.
- Communicating on the walkie talkies.
- Heavy lifting and manoeuvring of the materials
- Occasionally driving the company vans (when required).
Requirements of the Yard Operative
- Must be responsible, savvy and screwed on.
- Must be physically strong.
- Able to start asap.
- Must speak English.
- Must want a full time job.
- Must have experience working in a factory / yard or warehouse.
This is a great opportunity, ongoing 12 week temp to perm role.
Full time contract offered, training progression and much more.
Pay per hour during 12 weeks is £10.43, salary is negotiable based on progression and performance during the 12 weeks.
Between £21k – £24k
Monday – Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm
Friday – 7am-1pm.
