Due to continued growth Vanta Staffing are looking for an Experienced Recruiter to join our busy team. HOT Industrial desk working for an experienced Manager – this position will come with a clear path to management.
As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Division you will;
- Providing temporary and permanent Industrial staffing solutions to businesses throughout the Berks, Bucks, and West London
- Maximise on sales & profitability by account management and Team management working alongside the Divisional Manager and team.
- Able to identify new areas of opportunity conducting feasibility studies to ensure profitability maximising opportunities with all clients
- Understanding of the Industrial labour market and able to devise campaigns to uncover new talent
- Hours of work, flexibility to suit, core business hours Monday to Friday 7.00am – 5pm 40 Hrs per week – There will also be on call duties
- Clear road map to Management
The successful experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Division will enjoy;
- Salary Circa £28,000 – 32,000 deepening upon experience

Required experience, characteristics & DNA of the successful Senior Consultant;
- At least 1 years’ proven experience successfully covering a high volume Temp desk
- Successful proven background selling a service, B2B
- Excellent English, both written and verbally, able to speak with people from all walks of life up to senior Level Managers
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
