Slough’s number one Recruitment Consultancy for logistics, industrial & commercial staffing solutions are now looking to strengthen their HOT Driving desk with an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Driving Division you will;
- Providing temporary and permanent HGV & VAN driving staffing solutions to businesses throughout the Berks, Bucks, West London & Middlesex areas
- Maximise on sales & profitability by account penetration & new acquisitions
- Providing a consultative approach providing advice and market trends on the logistics industry highlighting
- Able to identify new areas of opportunity conducting feasibility studies to ensure profitability
- Understanding of the driving labour market and able to devise campaigns to uncover new talent
- Work within the current employment laws and driving employment compliances
- Hours of work, flexibility to suit, core business hours Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm Typical starts, 7:30am to 4:30pm – You will be required to do on-call duties
The successful experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Driving Division will enjoy;

Required experience, characteristics & DNA of the successful Senior Driving Consultant;
- At least 1 years’ proven experience successfully covering a temp desk
- Successful proven background selling a service, B2B
- Excellent English, both written and verbally, able to speak with people from all walks of life up to C Level Managers
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
