Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a bubbly, friendly individual who would like to kick start their working career or someone who has had some office experience and looking for a perm role as a Sales Support Administrator

£20k – £20,500k per annum plus bonus scheme
35 hr week
8.45am-4.45pm Monday to Friday
Duties of the Sales Support Administrator:
* Look after the sales inbox emails coming through.
* Help with the sales team by processing any enquiries.
* Giving out quotations.
* Process sales orders.
* Identify potential supply sources.
* Develop and grow relationships with suppliers.
* Follow up any quotes accurately.
* Helping assist Sales Support Team Lead with general admin and other duties.
The successful candidate:
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation abilities
* Strong MS Office skills.
* Flexible attitude and ability to handle changing priorities
* Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Friendly and a good team player!
