Typical shifts; Day shifts – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (some flexibility)
Greenford, Park Royal, Wembley

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a proven background in Food manufacturing.
The successful Production Supervisor duties will include;
- Lead the production line ensuring all work flow is manageable and meet targets
- Work to the departments SOPs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory
- Ensure production is consistent & up to the companies high standards
- Implement and manage KPI’s and reports
- Manage, recruit and supervisor all production employees (HR functions)
- Work to the companies high standards at all times
- Work to health & safety policies
This could be a brilliant chance for an experienced Food Production Team leader to step up or for an experienced team leader / supervisor to work for an exciting business with amazing leadership and big plans.

Required experience & characteristics;
- At least 1years experience leading, managing, motivating a food production team
- Proven people management skills

- Experience of managing demand, workflow & supply
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
