MET Technician – Automotive Body Shop
Salary to suit experience PLUS attractive personal bonus scheme!
£40k – £55k (apply if you feel you have more to offer!) + Benefits + unlimited personal bonus
Working hours; Due to excellent individual bonus schemes, you can work as much as you want to earn, the workshop is open from 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday,

Body shop specialists are looking to strengthen their operational team to help them achieve even greater levels of success through a streamlined service
The successful MET Technician will be responsible for;
- Skilfully complete all retail, manufacturer & insurance jobs to the companies high standards
- Complete all jobs within the allotted times
- Skilfully work to the high standards expected by their customers, manufacturers & industry
- Supervise all non-qualified members & providing support and training where needed
- Communicate with internal departments, suppliers & customers
- Working hours; Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm, some flexibility on start and finish times (Saturday if required)

Required experience & characteristics of the MET Technician
- Proven background working to high standards for a body repair shop
- ATA accredited or willing to gain
- Good verbal communication and able to lead, motivate and train non-qualified technicians
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
