Junior Installation Engineer

 

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who would like to develop a career as an Junior Installation Engineer!  Our client are expanding their engineering department so this role will be starting with the basics such as

workshop/warehouse/delivery developing over time.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Permanent

£23k-£26k

Ideal candidate requirements:

Mechanically minded

Physically fit

Have basic IT knowledge

Clean driving license

Presentable and personable

Excellent communication skills

You do not need experience as an Installation engineer but at least 6 months any working experience

Duties include:

Working directly with current installation engineer and other service engineers, to learn about the multifunctional copying/printing/scanning machines they supply and service.

Unboxing and putting together new machines, whist at the same time refurbishing older models for customer installation.
Going to customer locations, installing and training users about the equipment.

Delivery of machines, collecting machines.

Warehouse duties, involving stock in and out.

Manufacturer training courses are available to assist.

The progression would be to an independent installation engineer or field engineer in their own right.

Rate of Pay

£23,000.00 – £26,000.00 per Annum
