Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to be based in their office in High Wycombe.
You will be working within a small team speaking with clients, quoting, negotiating and updating the database.

Main duties of the Internal Sales Account Manager:
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Updating prospect lists.
- Scheduling appointments to qualify leads.
- Inform customers of new or upgraded products.
- Quote prices, negotiation, and close sales.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, increase sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Track monthly personal sales.
- Day to day contact with technical consultants and supporting them where possible.
- Ensuring all follow ups on Salesforce is up to date.
- Credit accounts and assisting the customer to find a solution.

- Two years prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
- SALES FORCE a bonus
- Experience in administrative and customer services.
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers
- Experience in administrative and customer services.
- Educated to at least GCSE standard.
- Able to work effectively as part of team.
