Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for Factory Operatives to work in a busy factory and assist with manufacturing. To complete a 12 week temp to perm.
Monday Friday
7.30am – 4.30pm
Early finish Friday!
40 hours per week
£10.75 pay per hour
This is a 12 week temp to perm.
Duties of the Factory Operative:
- Ensure all roles are followed out using job forms.
- Completing general lifting.
- Learning the production stages and assisting in all sectors when needed.
- Completing documentation.
- Adhering to health and safety and keeping work stations tidy.
Requirements of the Factory Operative:
- Must be proactive.
- Must want to learn new skills.
- Must be reliable and have a good work ethic.
- Must be able to speak English and complete documentation.
