Vanta Staffing are looking for a remote or office based Customer Service Representative to start ASAP in the High Wycombe area. This is a permanent role working for a local and well respected home furnishings business.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative

• Providing quotes to customer and leads.
• Taking Inbound and outbound calls.
• Setting up accounts.
• Processing orders.
• Updating database.
• Writing call scripts.
• Following sales processes.
• Using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

-Hit sales

– Maintain friendly and professional relationships.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

• Have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (not retail).
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills.
• Confident on the phone.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
• Have time management skills.
• Understand sales processes.
• Qualification in sales (preferred).

Monday to Friday

Flexible hours between 7am – 5pm

You must complete 37.5 hours a week

Salary starting at £22880k per annum rising to £25k per annum once fully developed.

You have the choice to work remote or in the office.

All training must be completed in the office.
