Customer Service Executive

Multinational, ecommerce & fulfilment specialist

DOE £26k – £29k + benefits


Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Worldwide ecommerce specialist are looking for professional, experienced Customer Service Executives to join their claims team at their Slough Trading Estate depot.

This is a key position for the business providing customer service to their business customers in a live business setting.

The Duties of the Customer Service Executive will include;

  • Answering calls, responding to emails inline with their SLA’s
  • Making outbound calls to customers, courier & logsitcis partners to ensure a smooth, streamlined service
  • Arranging bookings, speaking with drivers & external suppliers
  • Updating all CRM & 3rd party carrier software & web portals
  • Hours of work, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

The Required experience & characteristics of the Customer Service Executive will be:

  • Proven experience in a similar, business to business customer service role
  • Ideally, experience from the Courier & Logistics industry
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Professional fluency in English, other languages a plus
