Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a friendly Customer Service Advisor to deal with numerous in bound calls and emails in a busy office.
Duties of the Customer Advisor:
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers through phone and emails.
* Complaint management
* Explain in clear detail the service provided
* Calling customers and checking details are updated
* Dealing with all customer needs and updating them
* Joining in all with team meetings
* Action all reports
* Cover for other team members if required
* Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by the Company as required
* General admin duties
Requirements of the Customer Advisor:
* Proven telephone based Customer Service background
* Empathy towards patients with complex medical conditions
* Proven experience of managing high call volumes
* Possess influential and persuasive skill set
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent communication, oral and written, skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to multitask
* Possess a ‘can do’ attitude
