Award winning artisan food manufacturer are looking for strengthen their production team with an experience Chef for their brand new factory in Slough.
The successful Chef will be responsible for;
- Replicating their high end cured meat products
- Developing new recipes and creating from inception to finished product
- Working with joints of Beef, Lamb, Venison, Chicken etc.
- Experience working with full & half carcasses (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, venison etc.) boning, rolling, feathering & portioning to spec
- Offer advice on continuous improvement of the industrial kitchen helping to drive down the cost or increase production / customer satisfaction
- Completing necessary/required paperwork
- Working with all departments to ensure that product is being shipped/received and ordering in as and when required
This is a phenomenal artisan manufacturer of high-end delicatessen products and have one a myriad of awards from farmers markets & events across the country.
The successful Chef will enjoy;

Required experience & characteristics of the Chef
- Experience working in a professional kitchen as a Chef
- Superb knife skills and comfortable boning, rolling, feathering & portioning to spec
- Reliable & conscientious
- Good command of the English language
- Courteous, polite & professional
