Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 + Uncapped Commission

We are an established recruitment business looking for an experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professional to help expand our client base.

This role is purely focused on opening doors – introducing our brand to new businesses, starting conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our recruitment team to take forward.

The Role

  • Proactively cold calling and contacting prospective business clients

  • Introducing our recruitment services to decision-makers

  • Booking qualified appointments for the recruitment team

  • Raising brand awareness and getting our name into new businesses

  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads

  • Updating CRM and maintaining accurate records

No candidate sourcing, account management, or recruitment delivery – the recruitment team handles everything after the appointment is booked.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (essential)

  • Confidence with high-volume outbound calling

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven

  • Professional and credible with decision-makers

Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential – full support and training provided.
