Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an experienced Account manager to join a busy team on the outskirts of High Wycombe. As an Account Manager you will be driving revenue and increasing profitability on existing and targeted new accounts across multiple sectors.
£30-£34k basic plus commission
Monday – Friday
9am- 5.30pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch OR 9am – 5pm , 30 mins unpaid lunch.
This is a permanent job.
Job Responsibilities of Account Manager:
Activities include but are not limited to:
- Implement growth strategy for existing accounts
- Develop account plans and report to sales manager monthly
- Develop industry leading presentations utilising creative team, operations team, suppliers and other stakeholders where necessary
- Build client proposals, presentations and quotes
- Successfully utilise global sourcing and fulfilment services
- Management of at least 1 account executive, effectively managing their time and resource sharing where necessary
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems
- Ensure sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to Account Executive for accurate processing
- Regularly meet and exceed targets
Target/Commission:
- Commission structure 5% on gross profit against target and 10% on any gross profit above target
Experience and Skills:
- Previous sales experience essential
- Target driven with a back ground of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with high profile clients
- Present internally and externally
- Knowledge of European and Far East supply chains with capability to deliver on large and complex projects
- Highly creative and able to develop product from concept through to production
- Experience working in a team and be a team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed
- Exceptional organisational, priority management and attention to detail skills
- Problem solving capabilities
